RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

To each customer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely is 14 days from the receipt of the product . In order to return, you must inform us of your desire to cancel the sales contract by emailing us at info@raya.pl sending a Return Form

Immediately after we received us Return Form we will confirm to you by e-mail of its receipt.

Return of Goods:

  1. Prepare the product for return. Ideally, it should be in its original packaging. Secure the shipment so that the product does not suffer additional damage in transit.
  2. Put in the package Return Form
  3. Send the parcel to:

    with the note “Lumye – Return“.
  4. After Raya Group receives the shipment:
    The product is checked and if it meets the conditions for return, we will make a refund according to the original payment method.

The returning party shall bear the cost of delivery and return of the returned products to us.

Packaging of returned cosmetics must be intact, and the product itself must not be used – in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).

The right to file a complaint shall be entitled in the event of finding:

  • Product manufacturing defects;
  • mechanical damage caused during delivery, whereby if the Customer finds damage to the product during transport, the Customer is obliged to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier, where he will describe in detail the defect in the shipment;
  • Non-conformity of the product with the product contained in the order.

Lumye will verify the validity of the complaint and will inform the Customer by e-mail about the decision. If the complaint is deemed unfounded, the store will determine with the customer by e-mail whether the purchased product will be sent back by the customer at his expense.
